    摘要:

    为实现均匀的激光输出,对吸收光场、增益场以及输出激光进行均匀性研究;本文从Nd∶[KG-*2/3]YAG的吸收特性出发,通过晶体棒掺杂浓度以及温度两个方面改变吸收系数。仿真方面使用ZEMAX软件建立了LD侧面泵浦Nd∶[KG-*2/3]YAG晶体棒的吸收光场模型,模拟不同吸收系数下的吸收光场强度分布,对比分析了吸收系数对吸收光场分布的影响规律;实验方面测量不同吸收系数下晶体棒的增益分布对比验证仿真结果,并对输出激光的光束均匀性进行研究;结果得到了吸收系数与吸收光场、增益场以及输出激光均匀性之间的关系,随吸收系数增大中心强度逐渐下降,为实现高均匀性的大能量激光输出提供参考。

    Abstract:

    To achieve uniform laser output,a uniformity study of the absorbed light field,the gain distribution,and the output beam uniformity is conducted in this paper.Based on the absorption characteristics of Nd∶[KG-*2/3]YAG,the absorption coefficient is modified by varying the doping concentration and temperature of the crystal rod.In terms of simulation,ZEMAX software is employed to model the absorbed light field in an LD side pumped Nd∶[KG-*2/3]YAG crystal rod.The intensity distribution of the absorption light field under different absorption coefficients is simulated,and the influence of this coefficient on the absorption light field distribution is comparatively analyzed.In terms of experiment,the gain distribution of crystal rods under different absorption coefficients is measured to validate the simulation results,and the uniformity of the output laser beam is also studied.The relationship between the absorption coefficient and the uniformity of the absorption light field,the gain distribution,and the output laser beam is obtained.It is found that as the absorption coefficient increases,the central intensity gradually decreases,providing a reference for achieving high uniformity,high energy laser output.
