    摘要:

    激光散斑与红外成像都是非接触式的无损检测方法,本文探索了采用这两种检测技术对新型隐身贴片内部缺陷的检测灵敏度。在热加载的条件下,使用两种检测方法同时对隐身贴片构件开展了检测试验,同时,在使用激光散斑检测时,也使用真空舱进行加载,研究不同加载形式对测量结果的影响。检测结果表明两种检测方法都能够较好地检测出紧贴型和孔洞型缺陷,但是由于材料热扩散属性和力学性能影响,孔洞型缺陷的检测尺寸会偏大,这个结论为后续的缺陷检测提供了宝贵的经验。

    Abstract:

    Shearography and infrared thermography are contactless non destructive testing methods.The capability of these methods on inspecting defects in stealth coating components is studied in this paper.Under thermal loading,detection experiments are simultaneously conducted on stealth patch components utilizing both methods.In addition,vacuum loading is also applied when shearography is used in order to study the impact of different loading methods on the inspection results.The test results show that both methods can effectively identify close contact and hole type defects.However,due to the thermal diffusion properties and mechanical properties of the material,the detected defect size of the hole type defects tends to be larger.This exploration provides valuable experiences for subsequent defect detection.
