    摘要:

    根据光栅光阀(GLV)的技术原理,设计了一种实现外腔半导体激光器波长调谐的实验装置,能有效地实现激光输出波束的精密调谐,同时也降低了调谐的机械难度,本文提供的各项性能参数为实现加工提供了一定的参考。

    Abstract:

    According to the technology and theory of grating light valve,an experimental facility structure that can achieve wavelength tuning of external-cavity semiconductor laser has been designed. This kind of structure can achieve minutely tuning of output wave-packet and reduce mechanical tuning difficulty,and many performance parameters of the structure,which are provided in this paper,have a certain theoretical instruction for manufacture in practice.
